■ Job Title
Data Center Night Operation Sub Leader (Global Financial Project)
■ Salary
JPY 4.5M – 6.5M annually
Depending on experience and skills
■ Overview
We are hiring a Sub Leader for a newly established night shift operation at a data center for a global financial client.
This is a key position responsible for leading stable night operations and supporting team members during the initial setup phase.
■ Responsibilities
- Lead night shift operations and coordinate on-site activities
- Support and guide operators
- Manage access control (including escorting visitors)
- Handle package receiving and logistics coordination
- Manage tickets (creation, update, closure)
- Execute initial response during emergencies based on procedures
- Perform and oversee routine operations
- Maintain and improve operational quality
※ Operations are mainly manual/procedure-based (no advanced incident handling required)

■ Requirements
Must Have
- Experience in data center or IT infrastructure operations
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts
Nice to Have
- Team lead or sub-lead experience
- Experience following operational procedures (e.g., ITIL)
- Experience in global/international environments
■ Ideal Candidate
- Strong sense of responsibility for stable operations
- Able to make decisions on-site
- Team-oriented mindset
■ Team Structure
- 1 Leader
- 2 Sub Leaders
- 7 Operators
Night shift: 3 members (1 Sub Leader + 2 Operators)
■ Training
- Approx. 1-month OJT during daytime
- Hands-on training before night shift starts
- Ensures operational readiness from Day 1
■ Location
Tokyo (Data Center – details will be shared during interview)
