ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Finance Manager in Finance Department your role will be:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES-
Oversee the operations of the accounting & Finance department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.

Prepare & review monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and submission of this to Corporate Finance and other government agencies prior to due date.

Ensure local compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including audits, tax filings, and statutory reports

Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance, financial controls and profitability.

Collaborate with other department leaders to align financial management with short and long-term financial planning and projections.

Provide financial insight and advice to the company's leadership team.

Assist and coordinate with internal and external audits to maintain financial transparency.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
-
Over 5 years of finance or accounting managerial experience.

Proficiency in both Japanese and English language.

Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a proactive approach to deadlines.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Professional certifications such as CPA or equivalent (preferred).
