ミドル・オフィス部は、フロントオフィスやバックオフィス、また海外拠点と日常的に、且つ密接に協力・連携しながら業務遂行しており、会社全体の情報・プロセスの要となる車輪のハブのような部署です。
具体的にはフロントオフィスにて約定した取引が、自社システムに迅速かつ正確に反映されている事を確認し、証券・資金・担保の動きをコントロールし、健全な管理体制を整えるのが主な役割です。加えて、フロントオフィスの良きビジネスパートナーであると共に、リスク管理の観点から時には適切にアドバイスすることで牽制機能を果たすなど、ビジネスの競争力を最大にする役割も担っています。
Responsibilities:
担保管理業務は、金融危機後、世界的にマージン規制が導入される等金融業界の安定、リスク管理の一環として重要な業務の一つとして注目を浴びている業務です。
我々担保管理チームは、ISDA CSA契約に基づくデリバティブ取引の担保授受や中央精算機関への証拠金差入、また債券レポ取引の担保管理を中心に行っており、その業務範囲はホールセール、リテールビジネスを含むグローバル・マーケッツビジネスのサポートとなっております。

(具体的な業務内容)
- インドで対応しているISDA CSAマージンコールプロセスの管理・監督
- 日々の債券レポのマージンコール管理、及び金利計算処
- 日々のCCPとの取引における担保管理、モニタリング
- 社内関連部署、支店や外部顧客などからの各種問い合わせ対応
- 新規ビジネス案件における担保関連契約書のレビュー、及び関連部署と連携したプロセスの構築
- 規制関連、システム開発・改修を中心とする各種プロジェクトへの参加
Collateral management is one of the most important post-trading functions. It has attracted constant attention in the financial industry with increasing regulatory pressure. Collateral management team in Tokyo manages and monitors all the collateral related services including collateral movement under ISDA CSA (Initial Margin and Variation Margin), central counterparty (CCP) clearing, repo margin, structured funding etc.
The team support Global Markets business which include wholesale and retail (domestic branch-based mid-cap institutions) business. Candidates will be asked to monitor the current changes in regulations or business trends and participate or lead in various projects, which includes current process change using digital tools.
- Oversee and monitor daily margin call process which is mainly performed in India.
- Margin call process for Bond Repo trades.
- Collateral management for CCP trades.
- Correspondence to the inquiry coming from Internal/External stakeholders.
- CSA Review for new counterparty. Work and liaise with other departments to correspond to new business initiatives or requirement.
- Participate in any kind of project of system enhancement, business requirement.
