WHAT YOU'LL DO
– Coordinate meetings, travel, and on-the-ground logistics for the Chairman and important visitors
– Serve as a key liaison between Tokyo operations and Taiwan counterparts, keeping communication clear and timely
– Research and coordinate real estate opportunities in Tokyo — scouting, scheduling, and supporting the process end-to-end
– Support the setup of retail and specialty food/sweets businesses in Japan
– Manage import/export workflows, including logistics coordination, documentation, and compliance
– Facilitate communication with the Taiwan-based accountant, ensuring financial clarity across borders
– Draft correspondence, prepare briefing materials, manage schedules, and handle executive-level administrative tasks

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– Native Japanese speaker with native to business-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
– Chinese Mandarin proficiency is a significant plus
– Japanese passport holder required
– Prior experience in an executive assistant, operations, or cross-border coordination role
– Sharp organizational skills and a proactive, self-directed work style
– Cultural fluency — comfortable navigating the nuances of Japanese and international business environments
– Discretion and good judgment with confidential matters
