9.Renewal of the Contract:
Contract renewals are considered annually through review, with the possibility of extension up to a
maximum of March 31, 2028
10.Probation Period:
One month from the starting date
11. Salary:
Salary will be determined in accordance with the regulations of Hokkaido University.
Hourly wage: 3,800 JPY
Commuting and overtime allowances are provided in accordance with the university regulations.
12. Working Hours:
(1) Working Days: Monday to Friday
(2) Working Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
(3) Break Time: 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
(4) Overtime: Not required in principle (However, overtime may be requested during busy periods, etc.)
(5) Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, Year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 to
January 3), and other days designated by the university
(6) Leave: Annual paid leave and special leave (paid)
13. Holidays:
Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays provided for in the National Holidays Act, period between
December 29 and January 3 of the following year and other days determined by the University.
