M2N LLC operates authentic historical and cultural tours across Japan (Hiroshima, Miyajima, Nagasaki, expanding to Kochi and Osaka), partnering with leading international tourism platforms (GetYourGuide, Viator, GuruWalk, Freetour).
We are hiring English-speaking Tour Guides to lead group and private tours in Nagasaki. Your role is to share Japan's rich history with international audiences, create memorable experiences, and maintain high professional standards.

勤務時間・曜日:
Flexible Scheduling
Tours are assigned based on your availability and schedule preferences. Tours typically range from 2 to 6 hours per session. Work is conducted on-site at various Nagasaki historical and cultural landmarks. You provide your availability, and we assign tours accordingly. Part-time and flexible arrangements are welcome. Compensation is hourly based on tours completed.
休暇・休日:
As a part-time freelance position, vacation scheduling is flexible. We request 2 months advance notice for any extended time off to ensure proper tour scheduling and guest management. No paid holidays, as compensation is hourly based on tours completed. Holiday availability (New Year, Golden Week, Obon, etc.) is welcome and encouraged.
勤務地:
Tours take place at various historical and cultural landmarks throughout Nagasaki City, with primary focus on the Peace Park area. All work is conducted on-site at designated tour locations. Guides are responsible for direct travel from their residence to meeting points.
アクセス:
Guides are responsible for arranging their own transportation to tour meeting points. Personal vehicle, public transportation, or other means are acceptable. All guides must arrive 10 minutes before scheduled tour start time. Tour locations are accessible throughout Nagasaki City.
給与:
- Hourly compensation based on tours completed
- Starting rate: ¥2,000/hour (¥2,500+/hour if you have previous tour guide experience)
