We are seeking an Accountant to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations while contributing to financial reporting and process improvement initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial operations and provide relevant information to management for decision-making.
- Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting controls.
- Coordinate with shared services and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of financial transactions and settlements.
- Monitor and facilitate timely payment of invoices.
- Identify and resolve collection and payment-related issues proactively.
- Contribute to monthly financial closing and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide administrative and financial support to management as required.
- Participate in finance transformation and accounting-related projects.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Respond to finance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication with employees, customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
- Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.
