We're currently looking for【Groups Request Analyst】- The Revenue Management & Setup department
MSC Cruises is one of the world's leading cruise lines, offering itineraries across the globe. Our Japan office supports local sales and operations while working closely with our global Head Office in Geneva, Switzerland, to deliver the best experience for our guests and partners.
The Revenue Management & Setup department sits between our Japan Sales team, the Japan Operations team and the Revenue department at our Geneva Head Office.
You will help balance both perspectives:
supporting the promotions our Sales team wants to offer clients, while protecting profitability by making sure those promotions maximize revenue relative to our ships' capacity.
〈Key Responsibilities〉
・Evaluate promotions proposed by Sales to ensure they remain profitable, adjusting or advising alternatives when needed
・Create pricing for promotions requested by the Sales team
・Adjust cabin allotment
・Create or check cabin confirmation documents, which are legally binding
・Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on trends, forecasts, and estimates
〈Entry level〉
No prior experience in revenue management is required. Recent graduates are welcome to apply!
What we're looking for
【Language Skills】
・Advanced level of English proficiency (spoken and written).
・Conversational level of Japanese.
【Microsoft Skills】
・Advanced level of Microsoft Office proficiency (in particular, Microsoft Excel and Power Point).
【Other Skills】
・Strong attention to detail and precision, as this role involves system changes and legally binding documentation.
・A natural inclination toward numbers and logical thinking — advanced math is not required, but comfort with numerical reasoning is essential to succeed in this role.
・Good communication skills, as this role works closely with multiple departments across Japan and Geneva.
・Ability to work independently while also contributing well within a team.

Working hours 9：30～18：00（Include 1hour lunch break)
◎Full two-day weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
└Depending on business needs and assigned projects, occasional weekend work may be required. In such cases, a substitute day off will be provided on a weekday.

The monthly salary include fixed overtime pay for 15 hours per month (JPY 30,000).
Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)
Salary Review: Once a year (April), based on performance evaluation
