Requirements
- As a playing manager, work with team members with dedication and commitment
- Vendor management skills
- Ability to und erstand and solv e technology related business issues
- Project management and cross organization team management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects
- Business communication skills (able to translate IT terms to business language)
- Customer focus with interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse, diagnose and resolve complex problems
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure and with ambiguity
- Native level Japanese and business level English skills (Written and Spoken)
Responsibilities
- Manage IT team planning
- Responsible for security & IT continuity
- Provide support and tools to end user
- Manage & coordinate IT related projects
- Manage IT infrastructure
