(1) Curriculum vitae (A4 or US letter size with an attached photo and showing E-mail address and
academic society you belong to).
(2) Summary of previous research (free format within 5 pages of A4 or US letter size).
(3) Plan and commitment to education in pharmaceutical sciences and research (free format within 2 pages
of A4 or US letter size).
(4) Achievement list (A4 or US letter size)
・Publications: Classify them into original papers, reviews, books, and list them in order of publication
year (Mark the original papers for which reprints are to be submitted.). List the names of all co-authors
in the order of publication, underline the applicant, and put a star mark on the corresponding author.
For reference, the number of citations and the latest Impact Factor of the published journal should be
added, and if paper is not peer-reviewed, please indicate that.
・Conference presentations: List only invited lectures at academic conferences, symposiums, etc. in
chronological order.
・Acquisition status of research funds: Divide the research funds obtained over the past 10 years into the
following categories: Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (KAKENHI), grants for public research
other than KAKENHI, and research funds by companies and foundations, etc. List the funding name,
name of the research project, duration, and grant amount. Also, clearly state the principal investigator
or co-investigators.
・Educational achievements: List the educational experience at universities and other educational and
research institutions, and the research guidance experiences at graduate schools, etc.
(5) PDF files of 10 most significant research articles.
(6) The names, affiliations, addresses, phone numbers, and E-mail addresses of two referees.
Applicants may be asked to come to Kanazawa University for interviews. Applicants must bear the
expenses incurred in that case. Personal information is protected by the relevant Japanese law.
6. Deadline for application
Documents must arrive by 5:00 p.m. (JST) on Monday, October 5th, 2026.
