【About the Job】
The compamy is a full-service influencer marketing agency representing some of the top English-Speaking influencers.
As a member of the Talent Management & Sales Execution Team, your main responsibilities will include managing talent, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.
【Responsibilities】
・Managing, supporting, and nurturing talent
・Negotiating on behalf of talent on brand deals
・Planning and executing campaigns
・Collaborating with other departments and managing projects
・Analyzing market trends and strategizing
・Preparing reports and presentations as needed
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with experience in talent management or influencer coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, content creation, and Japanese subculture, and they should be comfortable working in a bilingual environment to bridge communication between talents and Japanese-speaking clients.
A team player who thrives under pressure and has a knack for problem-solving will excel in this role.

Must Requirements:
・Any experience of coordinating and managing projects
・Minimum 2 Years of corporate work experience
・Deep understanding of internet culture & social media platforms
・Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience
・Native level English
・Willingness to communicate and interface with Japanese-speaking staff and structures
・Strong communication skills & Adaptability
・Already an existing resident in Japan with available VISA to work
・Stable work environment at home with proper internet connection
Nice to have:
・Business-level Japanese
・Over 2 years of hands-on experience in talent management, influencer marketing, and related fields.
・Ability to think on your feet and propose solutions when there is an issue
・Interest in Japanese Subculture (Anime, Managa…etc)
・Any experience as a influencer in Youtube, Twitch..etc related Social Media
