We are seeking a Supervisor for the Bulgari Ginza Bar located on the 10th floor of the Bulgari Ginza Tower.
In addition to providing bar service, you will support daily operations and team management.
- Providing service and drinks at the bar counter
- Preparing cocktails and beverages
- Handling guest relations and resolving complaints
- Assisting with staff training, coaching, and shift management
- Maintaining and enhancing service quality
- Supporting inventory control and cost management
- Assisting in smooth daily bar operations
- Supporting special events and functions

Full-time (Contract employment may be considered)
Based on skills and experience
8 hours per day (60-minute break)
Monthly variable working hours system / shift-based schedule

- Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience in bartending or food & beverage service (leadership experience is a plus)
- Strong hospitality mindset and service orientation
- Experience in team supervision or staff training
- Proactive and flexible attitude
- English & Japanese skills
