We are looking for an experienced Bartender (future Bar Manager) to help us elevate the customer experience.

The Bartender will be responsible for creating outstanding cocktails, delivering excellent customer service, and overseeing daily bar operations.
Job Responsibilities
■Craft and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages to the highest standard.
■Maintain expert knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar trends.
■Manage daily bar operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and ordering.
■Train, lead, and support bar staff to ensure consistency and excellence in service.
■Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
■Create a welcoming, professional, and engaging atmosphere for guests.
■Assist in developing seasonal cocktail menus and promotional events.

求める人材:
- Valid VISA holder ( Please see the below)
- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a bar, cocktail lounge, or similar establishment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology, spirits, and bar operations.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and a passion for hospitality.
- Residing in Japan and being able to work in Roppongi,Tokyo
勤務時間・曜日:
The venue opens
from Monday to Saturday
7:00pm 〜4:00am
- 2+ days / week
- 4hours ~ 8hours / shift available
e.g) 7pm to 11pm, 7pm to 4am (1 hour break)
Full-time worker is also hiring!

◆ Applicants must already reside in Japan and be able to work in Roppongi, Tokyo.
We can provide visa sponsorship to Bar Manager position if needed; however, all candidates must be able to visit our restaurant in person for an interview and a skill assessment when requested.
Please note that we are unable to accept applications from individuals currently living overseas unless you already have concrete plans to relocate to Japan independently.
