【業務内容】
25%:Long range marketing plan
- Take ownership of aligning all channel marketing teams to develop the 5 year, long range marketing plan incorporating the Consumer, Competitor and Market analysis.
- Provide strategics oversight with the Integrated Marketing Manager and Specialist with the local creative development and implementation work across all physical and digital channels.
20%:Support the long term growth of HOKA Commercial teams
- Support the Channel Marketing manager, who acts as the day-to-day contact for the JP ecommerce and retail teams for aligning and integrating seasonal plans.
Own the development of a 360 support plan for Wholesale channel in partnership with FER team.
20%:Grow the impact of third-party endorsement
- Help JP Sports Marketing team with development of their long range vision, build key actions items and work with Global Sports Marketing to enhance the cross-regional collaboration
- Encourage PR team to develop and deepen relationships with key influencers, media and opinion leaders.
20%:Cross Functional Teamwork and Leadership
- Serve as the key liaison between the Japan team and the Global Marketing teams.
- Establish and develop aligned partnerships with cross-functional teams: DTC, Sales, Integrated planning, Finance, Operations, Merchandising.
- Partner with Leadership team of Sales and DTC to align on targets to execute the seasonal plans & tie back to marketing strategies.
- Influence behavior and opinion of others using pertinent data and applying logic to gain consensus.
15%:Lead, guide and grow HOKA Japan Brand merchandising team:
- Lead by example, provides guidance coaching and training to the marketing team, possesses a thorough knowledge of all the roles and responsibilities.
- Provide direction through focusing and clearly communicating the priorities of managing multiple seasons.
- Effectively manage and supports the career development of direct reports and the entire team, to ensure job satisfaction and future talent development.
