THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
The Digital CRM Specialist will support the smooth execution of the brand’s digital marketing and CRM initiatives, with a primary focus on digital advertising, LINE, and @cosme operations.
This role requires close collaboration with the global team, advertising agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITY
Digital Advertising Operations
Organize and coordinate digital assets with advertising agencies and media partners
Support the preparation of materials for global approvals
Manage the production process of various digital contents
Handle purchase order (PO) issuance
Coordinate the shipment of products and samples
Support the creation of in-store operation manuals
LINE Operations
Write, review, and proofread copy for LINE communications
Set up and distribute LINE messages and LINE VOOM content
@cosme Operations
Maintain the official brand account via CMS
Coordinate logistics and arrangements for campaign applications
Approval & Market Intelligence
Collect and organize information for approval materials
Research and summarize industry and market trends

Experience in brand business, preferably within the luxury or premium industry
Experience in digital marketing, or a strong interest in the field
Strong attention to detail
Ability to read and write in English for understanding global materials and email communication
