BCG Xは、グローバルな戦略コンサルティングファームであるボストン コンサルティング グループのテクノロジーとデジタル、デザインの専門家集団で、テクノロジーやデータを駆使したビジネス、およびプロダクトビルディングを担います。
戦略コンサルティングの知見と、AI・ソフトウェアエンジニアリング・プロダクト開発・UXデザインなどの高度な専門性を融合し、構想策定から実装・スケールまで一気通貫でクライアントの変革を支援しています。
役割
本ポジションでは、データサイエンスの専門家として、多種多様な業界のクライアントと向き合い、CxO直下の重要経営課題に対してデータを起点に全社的な変革をリードします。
単なるモデル開発に留まらず、課題定義・仮説設計・分析設計から、モデル構築、ビジネス実装、組織・業務への定着まで一貫して推進し、持続的な競争優位につながるビジネスインパクトの創出にコミットします。
具体的な業務
戦略コンサルタント、プロダクトマネージャー、エンジニア、デザイナーなど多様な専門家と協働しながら、経営課題を構造化し、ビジネス実装とユーザー価値創出まで見据えたアナリティクス戦略を設計
機械学習・数理最適化・統計モデリングを用いた高度な分析・モデル開発
Generative AI／LLMを活用した業務変革・新規事業創出プロジェクトの推進
AIエージェントやデータプロダクトの設計・実装、およびスケール展開
MLOpsやデータ基盤設計を含むスケーラブルなアーキテクチャの構築
分析結果を経営レベルの示唆へと昇華し、意思決定および変革アクションの実行をリード
