仕事内容:
Under the Montessori (Preschool) Lead Directress, the Teaching Assistant helps:
- maintain an enriching, orderly classroom
- guide students’ daily activities
- promote curiosity, independence, self-motivation, creativity and respect in each child
- support school events while adhering to Montessori principles and Saint Maur International School’s mission and values

求める人材:
Montessori teaching experience preferred
- be qualified and hold a teaching credential in the subject(s) they are applying for
- have had a minimum of three or more years of full-time teaching experience within a recognized English-medium educational system, preferably in a multi-cultural setting
- be able to effectively utilize technology within the classroom
- be able to cope with students of mixed abilities some for whom English is not a first language
Currently in Japan with a valid wok visa.
