In the technical and product training area (incl. BMW Motorrad);
• Understand the requests from business owners (customer support, sales and marketing division) and the actual status of dealers, and define the training requirements (needs/goal/objective).
• Understand the goal, objective and storyline of the training material from BMW Headquarters in Germany (English) and decide its utilization in Japan.
• Manage the service provider to develop and deliver the programs that fulfil the training requirements, while optimizing the balance of cost/revenue, timing and quality.
• Evaluate the penetration of trainings, degree of understanding of participants and propose improvement plans to achieve target.
• Reporting of the achievements, progress of training activities to dealers, BMW Japan management and to BMW Headquarters in Germany.
• Extract higher performance from service provider with less intervention from BMW.
Provide more effective communication and learning media for dealers (e.g. digitalization).
• Understand the request of business owners (BMW/MINI sales and marketing, Customer support, Motorrad), dealers and translate it into a training requirement.
Brief the training requirement to the service provider and give feedback at certain milestones so as to secure the training programs are developed and/or delivered at agreed quality/timing/cost.
・University degree
・At least 3 years’ experience in premium automobile business.
3 years’ experience in training business is preferrable.
・Good knowledge of automobile product and technology.
Knowledge of retail process in automobile business.
Knowledge of BMW and MINI brand / Product is preferrable.
