【About WOW】
Join "WOW," a cultural storyteller platform by Yummy Guide, Inc. We are looking for passionate cultural curators who bridge the gap between Japan’s invisible creative values and world travelers.
【The Mission】
Your mission at a world-renowned creative and animation sanctuary located inside a lush, expansive park in Aichi (Nagakute area) goes beyond traditional guiding or translation. You will interpret the "unspoken philosophy" behind the cinematic worlds and architectural wonders, tailoring the narrative to the intellectual curiosity of global guests and providing an immersive experience.
【Key Responsibilities】
- In-Facility Storytelling: Provide high-end English storytelling and interpretation for international guests within the designated creative and animation areas in Nagakute.
- Immersive Experience Facilitation: Leveraging the spacious and serene nature of the park, facilitate a deep dive into the world of legendary creative works, acting as a local guide and friend exploring the areas together.
- Intellectual Cultural Exchange: Engage in meaningful, intellectual dialogue with premium global travelers, acting as a local cultural host.
【Requirements】
- English: Near-native or Fluent (Ability to articulate philosophy, history, narrative, and emotions).
- Passion: A genuine love and deep passion for legendary Japanese animation, modern art, and creativity.
- Mindset: High hospitality standards and a friendly, flexible attitude (No prior guiding experience required—we welcome those who want to explore the park together with guests like a local friend!).
- Experience & Location: Licensed Guide-Interpreters or experienced curators are welcome (Comprehensive training provided for beginners). Proximity to the Nagakute/Nagoya area is a plus.
- Working professionals, as well as students with free time during summer vacation, are highly welcome!
【Working Conditions & Compensation】
- Job Type: Part-time / Contract (Per project)
- Compensation: 4,000 JPY per project (Approx. 2 hours / Transportation allowance included)
- Scope of Change: No changes expected outside the scope of assigned cultural projects.
- Work Hours: Shift system based on assigned slots.
- (Mainly expecting 2-hour assignment slots such as 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, or 13:00 starts. Adjustments are flexible based on your summer break, days with no classes, or weekends).

【ミッション】
今回の舞台は、愛知・長久手エリアの緑豊かな広大な記念公園内にある、世界的なアニメーションの聖地。単なる「通訳」や「観光案内」の枠を超え、映画の世界観を再現した各エリアや建築の裏側にある「語られていない哲学」をあなたの言葉で伝えること。世界中から訪れるゲストの知的好奇心を満たし、最高峰の驚き（WOW）を提供することがあなたのミッションです。
【主な業務内容】
- パーク内でのストーリーテリング： 長久手エリアの指定文化・アニメーションエリア内にて、海外ゲストへ英語でのディープな解説・ストーリーテリングを行います。
- 没入型エクスペリエンスの提供： 自然豊かなパークの雰囲気（愛・地球博記念公園内）を活かし、ゲストがクリエイターのビジョンや作品の世界観に深く浸れるような体験をプロデュースします。当日は「日本のお友達」として一緒にエリアを楽しく散策するマインドが大切です。
- 知的な文化交流： プレミアムな旅を楽しむ海外ゲストのローカルホストとなり、日本のクリエイティビティについて深く語り合います。
【応募要件】
- 英語力： ネイティブレベルまたは流暢なレベル（作品のストーリー、歴史、哲学、感情などを深く英語で表現できる方）
- 情熱： 日本が世界に誇るアニメーションやアート、クリエイティビティに対して、心からの愛着と情熱を持っている方
- マインドセット： 高いホスピタリティスタンダードと、ゲストに寄り添い一緒に楽しめる柔軟な姿勢（ガイド未経験でも問題ありません！）
- 経験・ロケーション： 全国通訳案内士やキュレーターの経験者歓迎（未経験者にはプロによる研修あり）。長久手・名古屋エリア周辺にアクセスしやすい方大歓迎
- ★一般社会人はもちろん、夏休みに時間がある学生・留学帰り・帰国子女の方も大歓迎！
【勤務条件・待遇】
- 雇用形態： パート・アルバイト（業務委託・プロジェクト毎の契約含む）
- 報酬： 1案件（約2時間）あたり 4,000円（交通費込み）
- 就業場所： 愛知県長久手市の指定文化施設・エリア（基本は直行直帰）
- 業務の変更の範囲： アサインされた文化プロジェクトの範囲外への変更はありません。
- 勤務時間： シフト制（1回約2時間の案内枠：10:00 / 11:00 / 12:00 / 13:00などのスタートを想定）
- 「夏休み期間中にがっつり入る」「授業がない日だけ」「土日メイン」など、スケジュールに合わせて柔軟に調整可能です。
