We are looking for a motivated, caring, and creative Chinese teacher to join our growing team at O.K. Kids Academy in Yokohama.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to grow professionally within a small but fast-growing and highly regarded multilingual school in the local community.
You will work with our established curriculum and teaching materials, while having the freedom to bring your own personality, creativity, games, and teaching ideas into the classroom.
As our school continues to grow, the right person will have the opportunity to gradually take on leadership, academic coordination, and management responsibilities.

- Prepare and organize all teaching materials and activities before each class, making sure everything is ready so lessons can start smoothly and on time.
- Lead fun and engaging English lessons for children ages 3–12, following our established curriculum and learning goals.
- Bring lessons to life by adding your own creativity, activities, games, and teaching style.
- Support children's learning and development both during lessons and daily school activities.
- Work closely with other teachers and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Share ideas and teaching resources with the team and help maintain high teaching standards.
- Observe students' progress and provide simple feedback to the school and parents.
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and well-organized environment for children.
- Participate in school events and special activities throughout the year.

O.K. Kids Academy 岸根公園駅前 is a growing multilingual school located just one minute from Kishine-koen Station in Yokohama.
We offer English, English/Spanish, English/Chinese, and multilingual programs for children from approximately 3 to 12 years old.

Preferred
- At least 1 year of teaching experience
- Experience working with children aged 3–12

- Japanese, Spanish, or English language skills are a plus, but not required
- Teaching certification is a plus, but not required
- Applicants who can reliably commute to Kishine-koen Station are especially welcome.
Visa Requirement
Applicants must already have valid authorization to work in Japan.
Visa sponsorship is not available.
勤務時間・曜日:
Initially on Tuesdays and Fridays between 15.00 to 18.00 hours. Option of other days depending on customer demand and school requirements.

Monday–Friday: approximately 15.00–18:00
Working hours may vary depending on the school schedule and number of students.
We can discuss the working schedule based on availability and school needs.

給与:
Starting salary will be determined based on Chinese language proficiency, teaching experience, qualifications, and assigned responsibilities.
As your responsibilities and experience increase, there may be opportunities for salary reviews, additional shifts, expanded duties, and career advancement.
Transportation expenses will be fully covered according to the school's regulations.
