As a senior backend engineer, you will:
・Design and develop the AI Agent Framework
・Build architectures for agent collaboration
・Implement and operate scalable runtime environments
・Work closely with researchers to translate cutting-edge advancements in LLMs and AI Agents into practical product features.
・Drive technical decision-making, improve development processes, and mentor other engineers to foster their growth.

・A strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and computer science fundamentals, with the ability to implement them in real-world scenarios
・Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
・A deep interest in LLMs and AI Agents, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field
