As a core member of AI solutions specialized for specific industries and business operations, you will be responsible for end-to-end tasks from business logic design and modeling to product implementation, utilizing LLM / machine learning / optimization technologies.
This position focuses not just on building models, but on designing business processes, decision-making, and KPIs to ensure AI leads to actual business results.
Responsibilities:
- Design and development of AI products for specific industries and business operations
- Structuring/modeling of business flows and decision-making logic
- Business application of LLM, machine learning, and optimization algorithms
- Design and implementation of AI agents / multi-step reasoning
- AI application development utilizing Prompt Engineering, RAG, structured outputs, etc.
- Design of KPIs and evaluation metrics linked to business results
- System design assuming production operation, including MLOps/LLMOps
- Organizing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements in collaboration with internal FDEs and consultants
- Initiatives to abstract insights gained from individual projects and return them into reusable product assets

Must-Have Requirements (MUST)
Experience in any of the following:
- Web application or API development experience using Python
- Development experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
- Implementation experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG, etc.
- Practical experience in machine learning, data analysis, and mathematical optimization fields
- Team development experience using Git/GitHub
Welcome Requirements (WANT)
- Experience in AI agent design and implementation
- Experience using LangChain / LangGraph, etc.
- Experience in designing and operating MLOps/LLMOps
- Experience developing SaaS or B2B products
- Experience in business improvement, business design, and BPR
- Domain knowledge related to specific industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail distribution, automotive, SCM, telecommunications, etc.)
