Main responsibilities:
This position reports to Sales Team Leader, Account Sales Group and regularly report to her/him.

Develop new markets/accounts that will become core business in near future.

Develop sales initiatives for target market/account and achieve maximize order intake.

As activities for ‘Account Management’, create and make progress Account plan and Action plan.

Build strong relationships with target customers.
-
Manage customer information, opportunities progress and own activities (Customer visits, phone, etc) by utilizing CRM.
-
Offer flexible solutions to customers with other teams. (Engineering team, etc)
-
Perform other duties assigned to sales in a professional manner.
For the first 3 (max6) months after joining us, you will have training, and will learn about our business, process and organization. Such as…

Customer Relations, Quotations, Order processing, Coordination of internal and external delivery dates and shipments, etc.

Coordination with other departments for customer orders and quotations such as information sharing for process, pricing, and delivery dates,etc
Qualifications:
Education/degree
-
Bachelor’s degree in either Engineering or Business is required.
Work experience
-
5+ years sales experience as sales representative, sales engineer or any sales relations role.

Experience of Solution sales. (Not route sales)

Using CRM experiences are highly desired.
-
Overseas working experiences are big plus.
