Part-Time English Nursery Support Staff
Play, Laugh & Learn with Little Learners!
Sunshine English Nursery is looking for friendly and enthusiastic part-time support staff to join our team in Nagazumi, Minami-ku, Fukuoka.
Our preschool students are 2–6 years old. You will work alongside our main English teachers and support the children throughout their daily activities in a fun and warm English-speaking environment.
Schedule
Please choose one of the following schedules:
Working days can be discussed and adjusted if necessary.
Depending on staff availability, we may occasionally ask if you are available to work an additional day.
Salary
¥1,400 per hour
Trial period: 3 monthsTransportation costs are not included.
Holidays
Weekends and national holidays off
Around one week of vacation during spring, summer, and winter, including the Christmas/New Year holiday period.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the main English teachers during lessons and activities
- Play and communicate with children in English
- Support children during lunch and daily routines
- Walk with children to the park
- Help prepare materials and classrooms
- Assist with general nursery and childcare tasks
- Help with simple cleaning and tidying
Requirements
- Spouse Visa or Permanent Resident Visa
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team
- Enjoys working with young children
- Basic conversational Japanese is preferred but not required
- Experience working with children is preferred
