Portfolio and Risk Management system that Nomura provides (named as NOMURA i-Port) is a system that provides functions such as risk analysis, simulation and position management for financial securities.

Nomura i-Port is maintained by the newly created section Japan Business Service (JBS) in the Corporate IT department.

JBS is a team that conducts development and management for domestic departments using standardized in-house technology. Our goal is to build and maintain high-quality systems with a sense of speed in in-house development. We are expected to contribute to the business reform of the Nomura Group by working closely with a wide range of business divisions, including retail, investment banking, finance, operations, and group companies.

野村証券が提供するportfolio & risk management system (NOMURA i-Port)は、有価証券ポートフォリオの「リスク分析」「シミュレーション」「残高管理」機能を搭載したシステムです。

NOMURA i-Portは、コーポレートIT部門に新設されたJapan Business Services (JBS) で管理しております。

JBSは、社内標準のテクノロジーを用いて、国内部門向け開発及びマネジメントを行うチームです。
社内向けの開発において、高品質、スピード感のあるシステム構築・保守を目指しています。
リテール、インベストメント・バンキング、ファイナンス、オペレーションズ、グループ会社など、幅広いビジネス部門と一体となり、野村グループの業務改革に貢献することが期待されています。

Responsibilities：
In this position, you will drive activities related to a retail system migration project, serving as either a Project Manager or a PMO representative.
The mission of this role is to smoothly transition the development and maintenance of retail systems-traditionally dependent on external resources-to an in-house development model.

Summary of the responsibilities are as below
・Preparation of the project plan and planning documents for each phase of the project Planning and design of business requirements with users
・Support for defining business and user requirements.
・Development of the migration plan
・In-house development execution, quality control
・Delivery planning and implementation
・Project Management activities
・User support after the migration (Level 3)

当ポジションでは、リテールのシステム移行PRJに関する活動のうち、プロジェクトマネージャもしくはPMO担当として、推進していただきます。
従来は外部のリソースに頼ってきたリテール領域のシステム構築・保守を内製化開発へスムーズに移行することが当ポジションのミッションです。

主な役割は下記の通りになります。
・プロジェクト計画書や各工程での計画書作成
・ビジネス・ユーザーの要件定義支援
・移行計画作成
・内製開発の推進、品質確保
・デリバリー計画策定と実行
・その他、プロジェクトマネジメント業務全般
・本番稼働後のユーザーサポート（レベル３）

登録資格
Requirements

Requirements：

＜Mandatory＞

Japanese (Native level) / English (Business level, written communication skills)
Excellent Communication Skills(Japanese)
Business Analysis experience (4 years or more)
Project Management, reporting and documentation experience
Excellent business analysis and information organization skills, prioritization skills, problem solving skills
Great sense of ownership
Web application development experience (Not necessarily recent; past experience is acceptable)
Java, JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript programming experience (Any relevant experience is acceptable)
RDMS Knowledge (Experience using it is acceptable)
Build and deploy automation experience. (Experience using it is acceptable)
ネイティブレベルの日本語 / ビジネスレベルの英語(書面でのコミュニケーション能力)
優れた対人コミュニケーション能力（日本語）
プロジェクトマネージャーもしくはPMOの経験（4年以上）
プロジェクト管理、レポーティング、ドキュメント作成スキル
優れた分析能力、情報整理能力、問題解決能力、優先順位付け能力、責任感
改善・革新に情熱を持ち、新しいテクノロジーを学び、実装する意欲
Webアプリケーションの開発経験（直近ではなく、過去にあれば可）
Java, JavaScript, Angular, TypeScriptなどのプログラミングの経験（何か該当すれば可）
リレーショナルデータベースの知識（利用経験があれば可）
ビルドとデプロイの自動化の経験（利用経験があれば可）

End to End Testing and Management experience
Financial markets, Security Operation related skills
Market risk calculation skills
アジャイル開発プロジェクトの経験
エンド to エンドのテスト手法などの経験
