Business Assurance in Japan consists of 2 main service lines, i.e. Management System Certification and Training.

The QES Auditor is responsible for achieving growth in sales through new business development, leading the delivery of projects, and ensuring service excellence to clients. This position helps clients to improve the quality and safety of their business performance through the application of internationally recognized standards. This position reports to the Quality Manager.
QES監査員は、新規ビジネス開発を通じた売上拡大、プロジェクトのリードおよび遂行、顧客への優れたサービス提供を担う重要な役割です。
国際的に認知された各種規格を適用し、顧客の事業における品質（Quality）、環境（Environment）、安全（Safety）のパフォーマンス向上を支援します。本職は、品質マネージャーの直属となります。

主な職務内容（QES Auditor）

Perform 3rd party ISO9001/14001/45001(OHSAS 18001) audits for Japan customers
日本国内の顧客を対象に、ISO 9001／ISO 14001／ISO 45001（OHSAS 18001を含む）の第三者認証審査を実施する。
Provide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure
顧客の是正処置およびクローズ対応を、期限内かつ正確にレビューする。
Document and report audit activities and results
監査活動およびその結果を適切に文書化・報告する。
Interact directly with clients at all levels of management in developing timely, complete, and accurate report of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system
顧客のマネジメント層すべてのレベルと直接コミュニケーションを取り、マネジメントシステムの実施状況または適合状況について、タイムリーで正確かつ網羅的な報告書を作成する。
Maintain schedule of audit activity with customers
顧客との監査スケジュールを適切に管理・維持する。
Maintain appropriate auditor credentials / qualifications and pursue advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed
必要に応じて監査員資格・力量を維持・更新し、上位資格や関連資格の取得に積極的に取り組む。
Contribute to the growth and development of a world-class, industry-leading auditing team

Conducting ISO9001, ISO14001 & 45001(OHSAS 18001) Foundation Training and Internal auditor course
ISO 9001、ISO 14001、ISO 45001（OHSAS 18001）に関する基礎研修および内部監査員コースの講師を担当する。
Provide sales support when required

About you

SSKILLS/COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE スキル・能力・経験

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
学士号または修士号を有していること
Currently doing 3rd party audits with minimum of 5-year experience in quality management system 第三者認証審査の実務経験があり、品質マネジメントシステム分野で5年以上の経験を有していること
Currently qualified as an Auditor of ISO 9001/14001/45001 and/or at least 5-year experience of QHSE management systems in industries such as Chemicals, Metal, Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical and other industries.
ISO 9001／14001／45001の審査員資格を現在有していること、また化学、金属、自動車、機械、電気、その他の産業分野において、QHSEマネジメントシステムの実務経験を5年以上有していること。
Experience with different industry types, able to be qualified for multiple NACE codes

Effective communication skills in English and Japanese

Proven project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence

Business Assurance is a unit of DNV where we are working with our customers towards verifying them if they are compliant with some particular rules. We are responsible for scheduling audits. We need to assign the right person with the right competences to conduct such an audit. And we are analysing and improving their processes. But sometimes we need to register some findings like observation, opportunity for improvement, or even non-conformities. I verify our clients' system management by observing them, how they work, how they produce. It's very interesting because we are delivering some additional information for our customers, what they cannot see or discover in their own systems. My work life as an auditor is completely different than employees who are working from the office every day. Because usually I'm travelling to our customers that are located in a different part of our country. Almost every week I work with different people in different companies. So if you like travel, if you are well organized, DNV can be for you.
