カスタマーサクセスアーキテクト（Customer Success Architect）は、カスタマーサクセスチームにおける技術的なリーダーとして、お客様による OpsRamp および HPE CloudOps スイート製品の活用促進とベストプラクティスの定着を推進する役割を担います。
カスタマーサクセスソリューションアーキテクトとして、担当するエンタープライズ企業、GSI（Global System Integrator）、OEM 顧客の技術的健全性を管理し、体系的な導入促進を通じて価値実現、ビジネス拡大、および担当ポートフォリオまたは担当地域での成長を推進します。
本ポジションは顧客対応を中心とした役割であり、導入後の価値活用・価値実現の推進、およびエスカレーション対応を担当します。顧客企業の技術部門・運用部門の意思決定者や経営層と直接連携し、ビジネス課題の特定・優先順位付け、KPIやユースケースの定義、技術戦略の策定、そして課題解決のためのソリューション構築を行います。これらの活動には、ソリューションおよびアーキテクチャの設計が含まれることが多くあります。
【業務内容（What You'll Do）】
カスタマーサクセスリードと連携しながら、HPE CloudOps プラットフォームの価値実現を支援するために、以下の業務を担当します。

顧客のユースケースおよび製品機能に関する信頼できるアドバイザーとして活動する。

顧客のビジネス成果（Business Outcomes）を実現するために、HPE CloudOps スイートの製品およびサービス活用をリードする。ホワイトボードセッションを実施しながらソリューションやユースケースの設計・アーキテクチャ策定を支援し、技術的・組織的な障壁の解消を支援する。

トレーニングや実務経験を通じて、OpsRamp、Zerto、Morpheus などの HPE CloudOps ソフトウェア、そのアーキテクチャおよび機能に関する深い理解を習得する。

導入フェーズで設計された技術設計・アーキテクチャを基盤として、顧客ごとの最新アーキテクチャを維持・管理する。

職務範囲や専門領域を超える課題であっても積極的に問題解決に取り組み、エスカレーション対応および顧客期待値の管理を行う。

顧客の技術的要件に関する重要な情報源として機能し、製品管理、エンジニアリング、マーケティングなどの社内部門へ顧客フィードバックを提供する。

カスタマーサクセスライフサイクル全体を通じて、顧客環境におけるヘルスチェックを実施・管理する。

顧客のユースケースを理解・文書化し、各ユースケース向けのベストプラクティスやイネーブルメントコンテンツを作成する。

定期的なヘルスチェックを通じて現状を評価し、顧客が将来の理想状態を実現できるよう支援する。 顧客のユースケースを技術的に深く理解し、それらを HPE CloudOps スイートの機能へマッピングできる能力を発揮する。

リニューアルチームと連携し、顧客が HPE CloudOps スイートの契約更新を円滑に進められるよう支援する。

サポート要件や機能改善要望を追跡し、迅速な課題解決のためにプロダクトチームおよびエンジニアリングチームと連携する。

顧客企業の技術系エグゼクティブ層に対して、迅速に技術的な信頼と専門性を確立する。

ベストプラクティスの文書化、ナレッジの収集・共有、および HPE CloudOps スイートの成長につながる各種イニシアチブに積極的に取り組む。
【求める人物像（Candidate Characteristics）】
-
ソリューションアーキテクチャ、エンタープライズアーキテクチャ、システム導入、コンサルティング分野（特にエンタープライズ向け B2B SaaS が望ましい）において、10年ほどの実務経験と実績を有する方。

プロアクティブな問題管理、課題解決、顧客アーキテクチャの理解および文書化、ベストプラクティスの特定、顧客期待値の管理を実践できる方。

エンジニア、アーキテクト、マネージャー、および部門横断チームの業務に対する理解と共感を示せる方。 組織横断的に関係者を巻き込み、課題解決のための協力体制を構築できる方。

新しい技術を迅速に学習し、必要に応じて認定資格を取得できる方。 創造性があり、状況に応じて柔軟に学習・適応しながら問題解決に取り組める方。 細部に注意を払い、テクノロジーへの強い情熱を持つ方。

優れたチームワークスキルを持ち、前向きな姿勢で業務に取り組める方。
【必須スキル（Required Skills）】

IT運用管理（ITOM/ITSM）または APM 分野において、10年ほどの実務経験を有し、ITOM/ITSMプラットフォームのいずれかにおける実践的なハンズオン経験をお持ちの方。

日本語と英語による高いコミュニケーション能力を有する方。

プリセールスまたはポストセールスの役割において、導入アーキテクト（Implementation Architect）、サービスデリバリーアーキテクト（Service Delivery Architect）、またはリードソリューションアーキテクト（Lead Solution Architect）として、顧客対応業務における5年以上の経験を有する方。
