-Solving cross-organizational technical issues to improve the quality, stability, security, and scalability of the engineering organization and products.
-Taking responsibility for the architecture design that will be the foundation for the development of microservices
-Working with the development team's Tech Lead and Product Manager to review detailed designs and promote a consistent architecture.
-Learning new technologies, incorporating them into the current technology stack, and promoting their adoption by developers.
-Working with cross-organizational teams such as SRE, DataPlatform, and Security to lead the development of mechanisms to make them easier to adopt.

-エンジニアリング組織と製品の品質、安定性、セキュリティ、スケーラビリティを向上させるために、組織横断的な技術的問題を解決します。
-マイクロサービス開発の基盤となるアーキテクチャ設計を担当します
-開発チームの技術リーダーおよびプロダクトマネージャーと協力して、詳細設計を確認し、一貫性のあるアーキテクチャを推進します。
-新しいテクノロジーを学習し、現在のテクノロジースタックに組み込み、開発者による採用を促進します。
-SRE、データプラットフォーム、セキュリティなどの組織横断的なチームと協力して、採用を容易にするメカニズムの開発を主導します。

[Required Skills]
-Experience in development and operation of back-end or infrastructure technology areas
-Experience in data model design using RDBMS and NoSQL
-Experience using knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP and HTTP
-Experience in identifying and resolving the causes of technical system problems (e.g., slow performance)
-Experience in identifying technical problems and resolving cross-organizational issues
