Japan& Korea Business Operations Analyst-Mid-Market/SMB

ポジション概要
このポジションは、日本及び韓国でのミッドマーケット・SMBセグメントにおいて、ビジネスオペレーション・Dealサポートを担いビジネスを支える重要な役割です。
Ciscoの豊富な製品・ソリューションを活用し、ステークホルダーとの強固な信頼関係を築くことが求められます。アカウントセールスチームや販売パートナーと連携し、シスコのクロスアーキテクチャのビジネス拡大をサポートします。

主な業務内容
・登録案件の概要確認、顧客やパートナーからの問い合わせ対応、ワークフロー化
・営業管理ツールへのデータ登録、更新、修正
・ディスカウントの確認、承認、エスカレーション
・貸出機器の手配、管理
・データ分析に基づくセールスチーム、関連チームへの提言

求める人物像・経験・スキル
・SMBおよびミッドマーケット領域でのビジネスオペレーション経験3年以上(5年以上歓迎)
・営業管理ツールの機能、操作に関する知識と経験
・お客様やパートナー、社内関連チームと円滑にコミュニケーションができるスキルと経験
・自分の責任範囲だけでなく、チーム全体やステークホルダーの視点で物事を捉えられる能力
・流暢な日本語力と、基礎レベルの英語力をお持ちの方。

Position Overview
This position is key role for supporting business operations and deal support within the mid-market and SMB segments in Japan and Korea. You will leverage Cisco's extensive product and solution portfolio to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You will collaborate with account sales teams and channel partners to support the expansion of Cisco's cross-architecture business.

Key Responsibilities
・Reviewing deal registrations, managing inquiries from customers and partners, and establishing workflows.
・Entering, updating, and correcting data in sales management tools.
・Managing, approving, and escalating discounts.
・Arranging and managing demo equipment.
・Providing recommendations to sales and relevant teams based on data analysis.

Qualifications/Requirements
・3+ years of experience in business operations within the SMB and mid-market sectors (5+ years preferred).
・Knowledge and experience with the functions and operations of sales management tools.
・Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
・Ability to view tasks from the perspective of the entire team and stakeholders, beyond just your own area of responsibility.
・Fluent in Japanese, conversational English proficiency.
