Technical Sales Support Managerと連携し、営業部門および顧客に対して、技術的に最適かつコスト効率の高いソリューションの選定を支援します。また、適用製品・技術に関する技術文書の作成を行い、担当分野における重要な技術リソースとして活躍していただきます。

ABBの低圧（Low Voltage）製品・システム・アプリケーションに関する顧客、販売代理店、営業担当者からの問い合わせに対し、技術的なアドバイスや仕様に関するコメントを提供します。

技術会議、製品プレゼンテーション、商談・交渉の場で技術サポートを行います。

顧客ニーズを満たす最適な技術ソリューションを導き出すため、分析および診断調査を実施します。

複雑な技術的問い合わせに対して、最適な技術ソリューションを提案します。

社内外向けに複雑な製品課題に関する技術プレゼンテーションやデモンストレーションの準備・実施をマネージャーとともに支援します。

Your role and responsibilities
Works with the Technical Sales Support Manager in supporting the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology. Serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
The work model for the role is: onsite
Core Responsibilities

Offers technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers regarding ABB’s products/systems/applications.

Provides technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.

Performs analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet the customer needs.

Proposes the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries.

Supports the manager in preparing and delivering the technical presentations and demonstrations on complex product issues, to both internal staff and customers.

Provides/delivers product/solution/service-related training.

Supports the manages in preparing and validating the technical articles to publish

Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

What it takes to Run what runs the world
-
University degree or higher
- In-depth knowledge of low voltage systems and products required
- At least 5 years of direct experience in sales and marketing of low voltage systems and products.

[Japanese] JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language
-
[English] Must be fluent in English
- A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
