仕事内容:
We are hiring a assistant site manager to work on-site in Hokkaido, Japan (relocation required).
Overseas applicants are welcome — we provide visa sponsorship and relocation support.
The selection process includes online interviews and in-person interviews in Indonesia.
English is used in the hiring process.
- Plan and manage project schedules, including the preparation of work programs and progress tracking; coordinate with subcontractors and partners to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct quality control by inspecting construction materials and workmanship to maintain high standards.
- Oversee safety management by performing regular site safety inspections and monitoring the health conditions of workers.
- Manage cost control by adjusting labor and material expenses to stay within budget.
- Coordinate and liaise with general contractors, construction companies, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate smooth project progress.
- Supervise site staff and engineers to ensure all installation and construction work is completed on schedule.
- Participate in preparing technical specifications and design requirements; conduct tender site tours and manage contracts.
- Ensure effective implementation of design, installation, testing, and commissioning processes.
- Investigate accidents or incidents and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Review contractor submissions for redesigns, update as-built drawings, and attend site meetings and inspections.
- Make informed decisions based on industry experience, ensuring all work complies with current standards and delivers excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with office staff to address queries from customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Propose improvements to company practices based on field experience.
Depending on your experience, you will be entrusted with the following types of sites:
[Building]
New construction and renovation works of apartments, houses, office buildings, public facilities, and commercial facilities.
[Civil Engineering]
Construction of roads, rivers, bridges, tunnels, and dams, as well as restoration work in the event of disasters.
[Facilities]
New installation and renovation works of lighting, substation and power transmission equipment, wiring, and signaling systems.
New installation and renovation works of air conditioning systems, gas piping, water supply and drainage systems, and sewage treatment facilities.

You will aim to pass the JLPT N2 exam, and those who pass will be introduced to workplaces in Japan (Hokkaido).

After gaining three years of practical experience, you will become eligible to take the Japanese Construction Management Qualification (Class 2 Construction Management Technician).
Once you obtain the qualification, you will have opportunities for promotion.
By acquiring the Class 1 Construction Management Qualification, further promotion will be possible.

求める人材:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or higher
If it is another related major, it is acceptable. However, in that case, the candidate is required to have construction management experience on site.
An applied bachelor's degree and Diploma are unacceptable.
- Min 3 years of experience in construction management or superbision work.
We welcome candidates with on-site work experience.
- Candidates who are able to relocate to Japan and seek a long-term career.
- Candidates who can resign the current job and participate in one year of Japanese language training after the selection process.
Employment will not begin immediately after the selection process. Candidates will proceed to an employment contract after completing a one-year Japanese language training period and acquiring a certain level of Japanese proficiency(JLPT N2 level). During the language training period, an allowance of 3 million INR will be provided.

Working hour: 8:00～17:00
Break time: 60 minutes
Sometimes it is necessary to work overtime or on days off due to the nature of one’s work.Overtime and holiday work will be fully compensated.

- Two-day weekend
- Days off: Satuerday and Sunday with possibility of working on holidays
- Annual holidays: 120 to 125 days
- Paid annual leave: 10 days granted after 6 months of employment
