The Senior Manager, Full Stack Engineer plays a critical role in building and scaling the Coke ON platform and related digital products and technology that power Coca-Cola's next phase of digital transformation. Reporting to the Senior Director, Technology Delivery Lead, this role combines hands-on technical leadership with product and engineering partnership to deliver modern, scalable, and secure solutions that create measurable business value for Coke ON.
As Coca-Cola accelerates the adoption of data, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence across core business domains, this role helps design, develop, and evolve Coke ON and related enterprise applications that support end-to-end business processes, digital experiences, and data-driven decision making, collaborating closely with product managers, solution architects, data engineers, integration teams, cybersecurity specialists, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of the Coke ON platform and other enterprise applications and digital products that support Coca-Cola's digital transformation strategy.
Collaborate with product, architecture, data, integration, and business teams to translate Coke ON requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
Develop and maintain modern application architectures for Coke ON using cloud-native technologies, APIs, microservices, and event-driven design patterns.
Drive engineering best practices including code quality, automated testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, observability, and performance optimization for Coke ON.
Support the integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, and automation capabilities into Coke ON and other digital products.
Partner with cybersecurity and platform teams to ensure Coke ON applications meet enterprise requirements for security, privacy, compliance, and resilience.
Operates across product, architecture, data, integration, and cybersecurity functions within a matrixed technology organization.
Fosters a culture of collaboration, learning, innovation, and engineering excellence across cross-functional Coke ON teams.
Balances delivery speed with application quality, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability for Coke ON.
Communication & Influence
Facilitates collaboration across product, architecture, data, integration, and cybersecurity teams.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
8+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, full stack development, or related technology disciplines.
Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems design.
Working knowledge of data platforms, analytics solutions, AI enablement, and enterprise integration patterns.
Strong understanding of application security, identity management, privacy controls, and secure software development practices.
Experience implementing automated testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevSecOps practices.
