The Global Total Rewards Department works on the compensation committee administration regarding executive compensation, introduces a framework for group-wide global compensation and benefits systems to the consolidated companies based on the global compensation philosophy, promoting consistent group compensation governance through the establishment of a global talent management platform.

Hitachi Ltd. aims to achieve the theme of "True One Hitachi" in its mid-term management plan "Inspire 27", and as one of the key initiatives to promote this, it is advancing the introduction of a global stock incentive program. The stock incentive plan starts in FY26 and will increase the number of participants. We are looking for individuals who are willing to participate in this project and contribute through collaboration with various stakeholders.
【職務概要】
グローバル株式報酬チームにて給与計算、データ収集・分析、プロセス管理に関するプランニングと実行に貢献いただくポジションです。このチームは日立製作所のグローバル トータル リワード 部(GTR)の1チームとして設置されており、海外に居住するプロジェクトメンバーと協働しながら業務を進めていただきます。
グローバル株式報酬チームは、プランルールに基づく制度の適切な運用のために、複数の社内関連部署および外部アドバイザーと連携して、対象となるすべての国の税制および法令を遵守し、対象者や制度導入会社に向けたコミュニケーションの推進を役割としています。さらに社内の関連部署や外部アドバイザーと連携して、ツール、テクノロジーソリューション等を使用して、各株式報酬プロセスが完璧に実行されるよう推進します。
The successful candidate will report to the global equity compensation manager, and bring substantial operational experience with payrolls, data gathering and analytics, and process management in Global Equity Compensation team, under Hitachi’s Global Total Rewards (GTR) function, which comprises approximately 15 people.
The Global Equity Compensation Team is responsible for ensuring the proper operation in accordance with plan rules. To achieve this, the team collaborates closely with multiple internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure compliance with tax regulations and legal requirements in all applicable countries, and to promote effective communication with eligible participants and implementing entities.
In addition, the team works in partnership with relevant internal functions and external advisors to leverage tools, technology solutions, and systems to ensure that all equity compensation processes are executed accurately and seamlessly.
【職務詳細】
■調整とステークホルダーマネジメント
・会計、法人税、財務、情報セキュリティ、法務などのコーポレート機能の主要な連絡窓口として機能する。
・部門間の整合性を確保し、株式報酬に関するトピックについての議論と決定を促進する。
・事業部人事と連携し、従業員株式購入プランの導入・運営を支援する。
・コーポレートのステークホルダーを支援し、年次報酬開示を行う。
■報告とコンプライアンス：
・財務報告基準および義務を満たすための包括的な報告書を作成し、提供する。
・財務チームと協力して、株式報酬の請求書および権利確定後の報告書を管理する。
・インサイダー取引規制の遵守を確保し、従業員株式購入プランに関連する法的および税務上の義務を管理する。
■ガバナンスと分析：
・財務報告および会計のための堅牢なガバナンスフレームワークとコントロールを維持する。
・株式供給要件を定量化し、ポリシーの立ち上げを支援するためのデータ分析を作成する。
■プロフェッショナル開発：
・制度の運用や新たな対象国拡大のプロセスを通じて、専門的に成長する機会を獲得する。
・学習資料を活用し、株式報酬および関連ポリシーに関する専門知識を構築する。
■Coordination and stakeholder management
• Serve as the primary liaison for corporate functions, including Accounting, Corporate Tax, Finance, Information Security, and Legal etc.
• Facilitate discussions and decisions on equity compensation topics, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Align with HR colleagues to synchronize the employee stock purchase plan season.
• Assist corporate stakeholders with annual compensation disclosures.
■Reporting & Compliance:
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to meet financial reporting standards and obligations.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to manage invoices and post-vesting reports for equity compensation.
• Ensure compliance with insider trading regulations and manage legal and tax obligations related to the employee stock purchase plan.
■Governance & Analytics:
• Maintain robust governance frameworks and controls for financial reporting and accounting.
• Produce data analytics to quantify share supply requirements and support policy launches.
■Professional Development:
• Engage in opportunities to learn and develop professionally through new policy and system launches.
• Utilize learning materials to build expertise in equity compensation and related policies.

但し、クロスファンクショナルかつグローバルに（スイス、イギリス、アメリカ、日本等）協働していただきます。
・勤務場所は本社（日本生命丸の内ビル）ですが、在宅勤務も効果的に活用しています。
・Hitachi's Global Total Reward (approximately 15 people) However, you will collaborate cross-functionally and globally (in Switzerland, the UK, the USA, Japan, etc.).
・The workplace is at the headquarters (Nippon Life Marunouchi Building), but remote work is also effectively utilized.

【必須条件】
・大規模かつ多国籍企業における複雑なトピックに関して、幹部や企業のリーダーシップチームとの広範な接触を持っている方。
・株式報酬および関連する税務および法的コンプライアンス義務に関する知識と自信を自己開発し、外部トレーニングに参加する意欲がある方。
・管理業務に取り組み、幹部からの質問に対してタイムリーな回答を確保するために、異なるビジネスユニットの複数の利害関係者と定期的に連絡を取る意欲がある方。
・厳しい締切に対応するために柔軟に働く意欲があり、異なるタイムゾーンでの柔軟な時間に電話会議に参加することが求められます。海外出張が必要になる場合もあります。
・英語力（TOEIC 800点以上目安） ※業務上英語での会議や資料作成があります

・Candidates must have had extensive exposure to senior executives or corporate leadership teams concerning complex topics within large and multinational companies.

・Willing to work on administrative tasks and regularly liaise with several stakeholders from different business units to ensure timely responses to questions raised by senior executives.
・Willing to work flexibly to meet tight deadlines and attend calls during flexible hours across different time zones. Travel abroad may be required occasionally
・English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 or higher) *There will be meetings and document preparation in English for business purposes.

■月給：486,000円〜632,000円
■年収：8,300,000円〜10,800,000円

事業部長・本部長クラス：約1,700万円〜4,100万円（＋賞与業績反映分＋諸手当）
部長クラス：約1,450万円〜2,000万円（＋賞与業績反映分＋諸手当）
課長クラス：約1,150万円〜1,500万円（＋賞与業績反映分＋諸手当）
主任クラス：約830万円〜1,080万円（＋賞与業績反映分＋諸手当）
担当者クラス：約530万円〜800万円（＋賞与業績反映分＋諸手当）
※内訳：月給12か月分および標準的な賞与（賞与業績反映分、時間外勤務手当や住宅手当などの諸手当は別途支給。ただし、主任クラスおよび担当者クラス上限の年収は、裁量労働勤務手当を含む）。
※事業部長・本部長クラス上限の年収は、株式報酬を含む水準（一部対象者のみ）。
※担当者クラス下限の年収は大学学部卒初任給ベースで算出。
※ポジションの職責の大きさに応じて報酬を決定するため、同じクラスの中でも年収の幅があります。
