As a Cloud Consultant, you will design, implement, and optimize enterprise cloud solutions for our clients. You will lead delivery teams, engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, and architect cloud-based infrastructure and platform solutions. Your expertise will help clients modernize, migrate, and manage their workloads securely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement enterprise cloud architectures that align with client business objectives, technical requirements, and best practices.

Lead customer workshops and stakeholder engagements to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.

Plan and execute cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including on-premises-to-cloud, cloud-to-cloud, and greenfield implementations.

Define and deliver integration architectures across applications, data, and platforms, leveraging APIs, microservices, containers, and modern cloud technologies.

Analyze complex application landscapes, identify opportunities and risks, and develop cloud roadmaps and solution architectures that support long-term business goals.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship while ensuring cloud solutions adhere to security, compliance, governance, and cost-optimization requirements.
What we need to see from you:
- Eligibility to work full-time in Japan, with professional proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) and English communication skills appropriate to the requirements of the role.

Experience designing and implementing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, with strong knowledge of core Azure services including compute, networking, identity, storage, and databases.

Strong understanding of cloud architecture, migration, modernization, and security best practices, including Zero Trust, identity management, and governance.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates, and familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.

Experience with modern application architectures, including APIs, microservices, containers, and cloud-native technologies.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions, facilitate workshops, and build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.
