About the Role
We are looking for a professional, bilingual Door Staff / Guest Relations team member for our nightlife venue in Roppongi. This role goes well beyond a standard security or bouncer position — it combines hospitality, guest relations, entrance management, and crisis de-escalation. The person at our door is often a guest's first impression, so we need someone equally comfortable welcoming guests warmly and managing the entrance firmly when needed.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests at the entrance; manage arrival flow
- Communicate with Japanese and international customers
- Coordinate with reception, management, security, and floor staff
- Handle difficult or sensitive situations calmly and professionally
- Support reservations, guest information, and taxi arrangements
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with event/marketing activities
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor throughout

Requirements
- Japanese language ability required
- English communication strongly preferred
- Previous experience in nightlife, hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or bars preferred
- Comfortable and experienced with night shift work
- Calm, responsible, and professional under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and firm but respectful when needed
- Any nationalities are welcome

給与:
Compensation
- Full-Time: ¥350,000–¥380,000/month depending on experience
- Transportation allowance : up to ¥10,000/month
- Part-Time: ¥1,700/hour + night allowance 25% after 10PM
(may lead to a full-time offer) * Commission and referral bonuses
- Salary dependent on experience and skill
- Pay raise available
