PDM: パートナーデベロップメントマネージャー(グローバルSIer専任)
大手グローバル・システムインテグレーター(GSI)専任のパートナーデベロップメントマネージャーとして、Go-to-Market(GTM)戦略の策定およびパートナーイネーブルメントの実行をリードしていただきます。戦略的に主要パートナーとのアライアンスビジネスの成長を加速・拡大させるための実行プランを自ら構築し、立ち上げまでを牽引する役割です。パートナーとの共同ビジネス計画の策定・実行に加え、当社のハイタッチアカウント営業チームとも密に連携し、パートナー協業活動におけるアライメント(方向一致)の取れた計画・実行を推進していただきます。
- 業務詳細
- 戦略策定と推進: 主要グローバルパートナーとの強固な関係を構築し、GTM戦略を定義。当社製品と各パートナーによる新しい収益機会を創出・推進する。
- 価値提案: パートナーとともに、当社製品の活用に関する共同価値提案(Joint Value Proposition)を作成する。
- パイプライン管理: パートナー協業案件のパイプラインおよび四半期ごとの実行状況を管理する。
- レポーティング: 日本のパートナーマネジメント層へ、パイプラインメトリクスの報告を行う。
- GTM活動の統括: グローバルパートナーとのGTM活動全般を統括し、着実に推進する。
- イネーブルメント: セールスやデリバリーのニーズを満たすためのイネーブルメントプラン(教育・有効化計画)の策定と実行。
- エグゼクティブ・レビュー: パートナー企業の経営幹部に対するビジネスレビュー資料の作成および提供。
- 目標達成: 設定された収益目標および主要指標を継続的に超過達成する。
- 応募資格
【必須(MUST)】
- 経験年数: 7年以上の企業向けソフトウェアにおけるビジネス開発、または戦略的パートナーセールス、もしくはアカウントセールスの経験。
- アライアンス実績: アライアンスパートナーとの戦略的パートナーシップを成功させた実績。
- GTM構築経験: 5年以上、アライアンスパートナーとのGTM関係を構築した経験。
- 営業実績: 5年以上の大企業向けダイレクトセールス(ハンター/キャリア)の経験があり、ノルマを継続的に超過達成してきた方。
- また、MSP(マネージドサービスプロバイダー)への数百万ドル規模の大型ソフトウェア取引の成約実績があれば尚可
- コミュニケーション: 日本語および英語による高いコミュニケーション能力を有し、複雑なコンセプトを部門(USAおよびAPAC)横断的なチームに対して明確に伝えることができる方。
- 関係管理能力: 複雑で収益を生み出すようなビジネス関係を管理した実績。
- ネットワーク: 関連する戦略的アライアンスにおいて、照会(リファレンス)可能な関係性を有している方。
- 技術的理解: 各種ITアーキテクチャ、データセンター運用、クラウドサービスに関する技術的な理解。
- 実行力: Go-to-Market活動を自ら定義し、実行・管理した経験。
Partner Development Manager (Dedicated to Major global SIers)
As a Partner Development Manager dedicated to major global System Integrators (SIers), you will lead the execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and partner enablement. You will be responsible for independently building, leading, and launching execution plans to strategically accelerate and expand alliance business growth with key partners. Your role involves formulating plans for joint business development and ensuring their execution. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our high-touch account sales teams to ensure alignment in planning and executing partner collaboration activities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning& Promotion: Build strong relationships with key partners, define GTM strategies, and create/drive new revenue opportunities for both our products and each partner.
- Value Proposition: Develop joint value propositions regarding the use of our products in collaboration with partners.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the pipeline and quarterly execution for partner collaboration projects.
- Reporting: Provide pipeline metrics and reports to the Partner Management team in Japan.
- GTM Leadership: Oversee and proactively drive overall GTM activities with partners.
- Enablement: Formulate and execute enablement plans (training and activation) to meet sales and delivery needs.
- Executive Reviews: Create and deliver business review materials for the executive management of partner companies.
- Target Achievement: Consistently exceed established revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Qualifications
【Required (MUST)】
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partner sales, or account sales within the enterprise software industry.
- Alliance Success: Proven track record of successfully managing strategic partnerships with alliance partners.
- GTM Expertise: 5+ years of experience building GTM relationships with alliance partners.
- Sales Track Record: 5+ years of experience in direct sales to large enterprises (Hunter/Career) with a history of consistently exceeding quotas.
- Preferred: Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar software deals with MSP(Managed Service Providers).
- Communication: Possess strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, and be able to clearly convey complex concepts to cross-functional teams across regions (Japan, USA and APAC)
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, revenue-generating business relationships.
- Professional Network: Established, referenceable relationships within relevant strategic alliances.
- Technical Knowledge: Technical understanding of various IT architectures, data center operations, and cloud services.
