仕事内容:
We are working with a market-leading trading firm that is expanding its field engineering capability in Tokyo. This is a hands-on role supporting the maintenance and optimisation of microwave and RF networks, with a strong focus on PPM work, site maintenance, and field-based troubleshooting across critical infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-performance microwave links and RF systems that support low-latency trading operations. You will spend time in the field carrying out planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and ensuring network performance remains stable, resilient, and fully operational.
Key responsibilities
- Perform PPM across microwave tower and RF network assets.
- Carry out field maintenance, fault resolution, and planned works.
- Support the operation of microwave, RF, and related connectivity infrastructure.
- Work safely at height and in field environments.
- Travel as required to support regional sites and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Relevant climbing certifications are essential.
- Strong experience working with microwave and RF networks.
- Proven field maintenance experience in a telecoms or network infrastructure environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
