仕事概要

【職務内容】

小型軽量海中ロボット（AUV/UUV）の中核制御システムの開発を主導し、研究開発段階のソフトウェアを、堅牢性・拡張性・保守性を備えた「製品品質」へ昇華させる役割を担っていただきます。CI/CDパイプライン、自動テスト・シミュレーション環境、ブランチ戦略やコードレビュー方針を自ら設計・構築し、チーム全体で高品質なコードベースを維持する開発をリードしていただきます。

Company Overview

We are a startup supporting the future of the marine industry through the social implementation of domestically developed AUVs (Autonomous Underwater Vehicles / underwater drones).
We aim to build next-generation infrastructure for ocean operations such as underwater inspection, offshore energy, and subsea security—fields that have traditionally relied on manual labor and high operational costs.

Description

You will lead the development of the core control system for our compact and lightweight AUV, taking ownership of evolving research-stage software into 'product-grade' quality with the robustness, scalability, and maintainability it requires. You will design and build the CI/CD pipeline, automated testing, and simulation environments, and establish branching strategies and code review policies, leading the team in maintaining a high-quality codebase.

必須スキル

ROS2（Foxy/Humble等）を用いたロボット開発の実務経験（3年以上）
通信アーキテクチャ設計、ノード間同期、QoS設定などの深い理解。
品質保証体制（CI/CD・自動テスト）の構築経験
GitHub Actions等によるCI/CDパイプライン、自動テスト、静的解析を用いた品質保証体制の構築経験。
Linux環境における開発・運用スキル
Dockerを用いたコンテナ化、およびLinux環境における開発・運用経験。
組込みハードウェア制御および低レイヤ通信の実装経験
RS232C/I2C等の通信プロトコルや、マイコン（Arduino/STM32等）を用いた、ロボットシステム構築に不可欠な低レイヤの実装スキルおよび知識。

3+ years of professional experience in robotics development using ROS2 (Foxy / Humble, etc.)
Deep understanding of communication architecture design, node synchronization, and QoS configuration.
Experience building a quality assurance framework (CI/CD, automated testing)
Experience building a quality assurance framework through CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and static analysis, using tools such as GitHub Actions.
Development and operational skills in Linux environments
Experience with containerization using Docker, and development/operations in Linux environments.
Experience implementing embedded hardware control and low-level communication
Skills and knowledge in low-level implementation essential for building robotic systems, using communication protocols such as RS232C/I2C and microcontrollers (Arduino/STM32, etc.).

Gazebo等を用いた自動テスト環境の構築経験。
分散システム・通信最適化
DDSのチューニングや、ネットワーク帯域が制限される環境下での通信最適化。
大容量ログデータの収集・圧縮基盤の構築
rosbag2／MCAP形式での記録、保存トピックの選定やサンプリングレート最適化、エッジ側での前処理を含む、大規模データ収集パイプラインの設計・実装経験。
オフライン環境でのソフトウェアアップデート機構の設計・実装
海上における直接無線通信機器を介した、インターネット非接続・帯域制約下を前提とした、ROS2パッケージやDockerイメージの差分／一括更新、ロールバック、バージョン整合性を担保する配信機構の設計・実装経験。
認識モデル（探知・類別）のエッジ統合・更新
マルチビームソナー等を用いた探知・類別を行う認識モデルの機体側への統合・デプロイや、モデル・設定ファイルの更新とソフトウェアバージョンとの整合性を担保した運用経験。

Experience implementing localization and control algorithms
Experience implementing self-localization using SLAM, EKF (Extended Kalman Filter), and dynamic models.
Knowledge of communication and signal processing for underwater devices
Understanding of communication protocols for underwater-specific devices such as sonar, and experience in signal processing.
API and interface design and documentation skills
Experience designing interfaces used by internal and external modules, and creating technical documentation.
Experience building simulation environments (SITL)
Experience in constructing automated test environments using Gazebo, etc.
Distributed systems/communication optimization
Experience tuning DDS and optimizing communication under bandwidth-constrained network environments.
Building infrastructure for large-scale log data collection and compression
Experience designing and implementing large-scale data collection pipelines, including recording in rosbag2/MCAP formats, selecting topics for storage, optimizing sampling rates, and performing edge-side preprocessing.
Design and implementation of software update mechanisms for offline environments
Experience designing and implementing distribution mechanisms for differential/bulk updates, rollback, and version consistency of ROS2 packages and Docker images, built for offline, bandwidth-constrained conditions over direct wireless communication devices at sea.
Edge integration and updating of recognition models (detection and classification)
Experience integrating and deploying recognition models for detection and classification—using sensors such as multibeam sonar—onto the vehicle, and operating them while ensuring consistency between model/configuration file updates and software versions.
