[Position description] We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer with a strong focus on frontend development to join Shippio’s engineering team. In this role, you will primarily work on developing and improving our logistics platform using React, while also contributing to backend development with Ruby on Rails and GraphQL.You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build intuitive, scalable, and reliable products that solve complex challenges in international logistics. Beyond implementation, we expect you to contribute to the engineering team through code reviews, technical discussions, architecture improvements, and mentoring junior engineers. ## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React - Build intuitive, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces for complex logistics workflows - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate business and user requirements into high-quality product experiences - Contribute to backend development using Ruby on Rails and GraphQL when necessary - Design and integrate GraphQL APIs between frontend and backend systems - Improve frontend architecture, code quality, performance, testing, and developer experience - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback - Proactively identify technical challenges and drive improvements and solutions - Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth - Contribute to technical decision-making, engineering standards, and best practices across the team - Work effectively with cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality products 〈職務内容〉 - Reactを用いたフロントエンドアプリケーションの設計・開発・運用 - 複雑な物流業務を支える、直感的でスケーラブルかつ保守性の高いUIの設計・実装 - プロダクトマネージャー、デザイナー、エンジニアと連携し、ビジネス要件やユーザー要件を高品質なプロダクト体験へ落とし込む - 必要に応じて、Ruby on RailsおよびGraphQLを用いたバックエンド開発にも携わる - フロントエンドとバックエンドをつなぐGraphQL APIの設計・実装 - フロントエンドのアーキテクチャ、コード品質、パフォーマンス、テスト、開発者体験（Developer Experience）の継続的な改善 - 可読性・保守性・テスト容易性を意識した高品質なコードの実装 - コードレビューを通じた建設的なフィードバックと、チーム全体のコード品質向上への貢献 - 技術的な課題を主体的に発見し、改善策の提案から実行までをリード - 若手エンジニアのメンタリングおよび技術的な成長のサポート - チームの技術的な意思決定や開発標準、ベストプラクティスの策定・改善への貢献 - 職種を横断したチームメンバーと円滑に連携し、高品質なプロダクトを継続的に提供
