We are looking for an experienced Capital Markets Data Center Engineer to support critical financial market infrastructure across data center and colocation facilities in Japan. The role involves deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting infrastructure for electronic trading and market connectivity while working closely with financial institutions, stock exchanges, and global stakeholders. Strong expertise in data center operations, networking, and server infrastructure, along with Japanese and English communication skills, is required. Experience in high-availability and low-latency trading environments is highly preferred.
日本国内のデータセンターおよびコロケーション環境において、金融市場向けの重要インフラを支えるCapital Markets Data Center Engineerを募集しています。本ポジションでは、電子取引やマーケット接続を支えるインフラの導入・運用・保守・障害対応を担当し、国内外の金融機関、証券取引所、各種ステークホルダーと連携して業務を進めます。データセンター運用、ネットワーク、サーバー基盤に関する技術知識に加え、日本語・英語での高いコミュニケーション能力が求められます。高可用性・低遅延環境のサポート経験をお持ちの方は特に歓迎します。
Responsible for the deployment, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data center and colocation infrastructure supporting financial markets. Work closely with customers, exchanges, vendors, and internal teams to manage connectivity, hardware, capacity, incident response, and operational activities. Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and reliable delivery of mission-critical trading and market connectivity services.

Business level Japanese and English
5-10 years of experience in Data Center, Infrastructure, or Network Operations roles, preferably within financial services or trading environments.
Strong expertise in data center operations, networking, server infrastructure, hardware deployment, troubleshooting, and change management is required.
Experience working with global teams and mission-critical environments is highly valued.

• 構造化配線およびパッチ作業
• ハードウェア交換、障害対応、ライフサイクル管理
コロケーションおよびデータセンター運用

• 厳格な可用性・復旧要件・性能要件を満たす本番環境の運用
障害対応・運用サポート
• データセンター設備に関する障害対応
• ハードウェア障害
• ケーブリング障害
• WAN/LAN接続障害
• ネットワーク接続トラブルの原因調査および復旧
• インシデント対応
• サービス復旧対応
• Root Cause Analysis（根本原因分析）
• 障害報告およびレビュー対応
• SLAおよび変更管理プロセスに基づく運用
• 市場クローズ後やメンテナンスウィンドウでの保守作業対応
