【主な職務内容】
安定生産・安定出荷に貢献し、リーン生産方式に基づいた改善活動を通じて生産性向上への貢献
- 製造ラインにおける製品の組立、検査、調整作業
- 製造プロセスにおける問題点の特定と解決策の提案
- 製造装置の操作、メンテナンス、およびトラブルシューティング
- 品質管理基準の遵守と品質改善活動への参加
- 製造記録の正確な作成と管理
- 安全衛生に関する規定の遵守と安全な作業環境の維持
- 製造チームとの連携、コミュニケーション
- 製造プロセスの標準化、効率化への貢献
- 関連部門（設計、エンジニアリング等）との連携
【応募資格】
- 高卒以上（工業系の学科を卒業していることが望ましい）
- 製造現場での実務経験2年以上
- 製造装置の操作、メンテナンスに関する知識
- 品質管理に関する基本的な知識
- 問題解決能力とチームワークを重視する姿勢
- 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力（読み書き、会話）
- 基本的なPCスキル（Microsoft Office等）
- （望ましい経験）医療機器製造の経験、英語でのコミュニケーション能力
