職務概要
業界をリードするカジュアルフットウェアブランドであるCrocs JapanのRetailビジネスを支えるRetail Senior Merchandiserを募集しています。本ポジションでは、グローバルのマーチャンダイジング方針を理解しながら、日本市場・消費者ニーズに即した商品機会を見極め、最適な商品構成の実現をリードしていただきます。シーズン前の商品計画からシーズン中の販売動向分析・トレーディングまで幅広く関わり、商品戦略の実行と売上・利益目標の達成に貢献する重要な役割です。
主な職務内容
自社Retail店舗における、消費者ニーズに合った商品構成の企画・実行
週次・月次・四半期レポートの作成および、分析結果・インサイトをステークホルダーへ共有
週次トレーディングミーティングへの参加、ビジネス成長に向けた課題提起・アクション提案
Plannerと連携し在庫状況・在庫ギャップの把握、および関連するビジネスリスクの予測・評価
Allocationチームと連携し商品ローンチの推進、および店舗在庫状況の可視化
シーズン中の商品・プロモーション実績の定期的な分析、および今後の計画に向けた改善提案の共有
シーズン終了後の振り返り分析の実施。売上・利益、プラットフォーム、カテゴリー別実績を整理し、成功要因・課題・今後の改善機会を特定
Crocs JapanのRetailビジネスにおけるブランドの商品戦略の一貫した実行に向けた、関連部門との連携
在庫確認、プロモーションリストの整合、通関関連業務など、必要に応じたアドホック業務のサポート
応募要件
学歴:
大卒/同等以上が望ましい
経験:
小売業界におけるマーチャンダイジング、マーチャンダイジングプランニング、またはバイイングの実務経験5年以上
知識・スキル:
高い分析力と、数値に基づいてビジネスを捉える力
競合環境、消費者動向、市場トレンドへの理解
データに基づき、日々の業務判断やチームの意思決定に貢献できる力
社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション力
商品に対する理解力と、柔軟な発想力
Microsoft Excel アドバンス スキル
語学力:日本語 - 流暢、英語 - ビジネスレベル(グローバルチームとの会議に主体的に参加できるレベル)
