Responsibilities:
- Join the Wafer Test Solutions R&D team to develop next-generation on-wafer measurement systems for electrical and optical semiconductor testing.

Drive the development of complex measurement systems spanning hardware, mechanics, motion control, and system integration.

Design electrical and mechanical subsystems, including PCB assemblies, precision positioning mechanisms, and measurement instrumentation.

Work closely with firmware, software, manufacturing, and product support teams to translate customer and product requirements into innovative solutions.

Take ownership of technical challenges from concept through product release, contributing to both individual components and overall system architecture.
Qualifications:
- BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Business-level proficiency in Japanese.

Expertise in at least one of the following technical areas: electrical engineering, analog circuit design, semiconductor devices, measurement science, mechanical design, or high-precision motion control.

Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and drive projects from concept to implementation.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment with people at all levels of the organization.
