The Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain (TI&SC) teams connect the global system supply chain end to end to capture scale and competitive advantage, while driving productivity and sharing best practices. We are seeking a Supply Chain Consultant who will provide technical leadership and execution support to our assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical risk management, project management frameworks, and commercialization processes.
Lead mitigation plans for ensuring supply continuity at plant level (risk analysis, supply continuity taskforce lead, mitigation plan follow-up, and related reporting)
Lead collaborative routines with key suppliers and stakeholders. (Supplier on-boarding, suppliers business review, contract status routines) for local suppliers who are not supported by our procurement partners.
Ensure missing parts and under policy report/dashboard are issued for the managed materials, root causes defined, mitigation actions monitored, and keep the plant informed
Monitor Materials Planning KPI’s at Plant level Metrics for mandated stock, SSDR, WOS, BP Target etc.
Lead a team of Material Operations Planning Analysts ensuring they effectively manage plant materials supply, as well as supporting their continuous improvement of capabilities. The role will be responsible for engaging, developing and inspiring this team of Analyst
Requirements and qualifications:
Experience in global company/function with SAP/Ariba/IBP is mandatory.
Experience of Planning &material operations supply chain function / in plant over 5years in management.
Communication skill with BCP and Global Planning team to follow up and execute different strategies
