We are seeking energetic and knowledgeable Tour Guides to join our team in Tokyo and Osaka. The ideal candidate will provide informative and enjoyable guided experiences while representing OceanAir with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Strong spoken English communication skills are required.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct guided city tours and excursions in Tokyo or Osaka.
- Welcome and assist guests throughout their tour.
- Share engaging historical, cultural, and local information.
- Ensure guests follow the planned itinerary and schedule.
- Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and the operations team.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Recommend local attractions, shopping, dining, and cultural experiences.
- Ensure guests' safety and comfort throughout the tour.
- Represent OceanAir with excellent customer service and professionalism.
- Submit operational reports when required.
Job Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Tour Guide, Tour Leader, or Travel Representative.
- Strong spoken English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Tokyo or Osaka attractions, culture, transportation, and history.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
- Valid work authorization in Japan.

勤務時間・曜日:
(Working Days & Hours): Working days: Shift-based, depending on tour schedules and customer bookings (including weekends and public holidays as assigned).
Working hours: Flexible, based on assigned tour itineraries (Half-day tours: ~4–5 hours; Full-day tours: ~8–10 hours).
Breaks: Provided during the tour itinerary according to schedule.
Overtime: None.
Contract Type: Independent Contractor / Freelance (業務委託). On-site travel to designated tourist destinations within Japan is required.
Probation Period: None.
Social Insurance: N/A (Independent Contractor).
