Job description
- Analyzing and validating business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Supporting design phase by aligning with system architecture and business needs.
- Identifying gaps, dependencies and risks across applications, APIs and integrations.
- Documenting workflows, use cases and design specifications to provide clarity for designers and developers.
- Assessing impact of design changes on existing applications and infrastructure.
- Collaboration with testing teams to ensure the developed system meets requirements, functions flawlessly, and adheres to quality standards.
- Develop training materials and user guides to equip end-users with the knowledge and skills to effectively operate the new system.
- Implementing and managing changes to the system as business requirements evolve.
Required skills
- JLPT N2 or above certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
- Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing or Maintenance projects
- Front End Knowledge Understanding of UI/UX requirement and ability to translate into functional specifications
- Understanding of API's, data flows and service dependencies to validate integration requirements
- Experience with user story creation and acceptance criteria definition
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with product owners, business SMEs, development teams, architects and cross functional teams
- Working experience in Life Insurance domain
- Documentation skills to manage the latest structure such as current process and models
- Analytical skills, Agile mindset, Prioritization and Review skills to manage quality of delivery teams.
- Actively involved in Application transition and stabilization phases
Nice-to-have skills
- Exposure on Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management.
- Exposure to hybrid delivery (Salesforce, COTS, digital modernization).
