【Osaka Shinsaibashi / Community Leader Wanted for Global Events】
[Important Requirements Before Applying]
1. On-Site Communication & Guest Experience
The vast majority of our event guests are Western expats and international travelers, making English the primary language on-site. However, we also welcome Japanese attendees, some of whom may not speak any English. To ensure a warm and smooth experience for everyone, you are required to memorize designated Japanese greeting phrases in advance and practice them prior to your shift. Additionally, please note that local venue managers speak Japanese only, so basic Japanese communication is required when speaking with them on-site.
2. Internal Operations & Official Communication
Staff Interactions: Over 70% of our staff are international team members, so day-to-day casual communication with peers can be in English.
Official Announcements: Official operational updates, headquarters notifications, and internal text messages are conducted entirely in Japanese. You are required to proactively use AI translation tools (such as ChatGPT or Google Translate) to accurately understand all official announcements and respond promptly and professionally.
