Responsibilities：
This is a team member role within the FX Production Services team providing support to the FX businesses for a wide range of electronic trading platforms and applications in addition to maintaining our in house/vendor based application solutions. The electronic trading platform architecture consists of multiple external/internal applications designed to facilitate the successful execution of FX trades.
In addition, this role will require communication with various Japanese vendors and clients while carrying out eFX Client Onboarding projects for the Japan market.
FX本番保守チームの役割でFXビジネスの幅広い電子取引プラットフォーム・アプリケーション周辺の保守作業を行います。内製システムをはじめ、ベンダーのアプリケーションを利用した取引で発生した問題等の解決し、FXビジネスへ迅速なサポートを提供。また、ビジネス、サポートに役立つ情報やアイディアを提供し強固なチームを築くことが大きな目的となる。日本国内だけでなく海外の顧客のサポートも担っており、ベンダーも双方にいるため、日本語・英語でのコミュニケーションを図る必要があります。
