Closely monitor project progress, quality, financials, customer satisfaction, risks, and issues; take proactive actions with project managers and relevant stakeholders within our organization and the client organization.
Educate and influence project managers, team members, and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical advice, business knowledge, and management guidance as required.
Suggest and negotiate change requests, contractual adjustments, resource allocations, and scope changes to establish realistic project goals and delivery plans.
Maintain and strengthen communication and relationships with client stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Insurance practice to promote new project proposals and solutions, and facilitate communication between offshore teams and the client.
Work with the Sales team to identify and explore potential business opportunities within the client organization. Promote senior executive relationships between our company and the client.
Establish and follow up on the account plan to support business expansion within Insurance and other practices.
Coordinate and promote a common strategy and account plan across regions. Exchange information and maintain strong relationships with practice and sales teams to win business as a global service provider. Monitor and capture Head Office strategies and plans to support other regions in securing global mandates.

15+ years of experience in project management / project delivery with an application development background
10+ years of experience in the Financial industry
5+ years of experience working with onsite/offshore delivery models
5+ years of experience managing large-scale project budgets and delivery organizations
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging CxO-level stakeholders
Solid technical knowledge of cloud, data, and AI technologies
Insurance product and operations knowledge and/or experience
