We are looking for a bilingual Inside Sales professional to support the growing number of RFQs generated by AB Dynamics’ strong performance in the Japanese market. The ideal candidate should have sufficient CRM experience, including data input, follow-up calls, price negotiation, and related sales administration. In addition to inside sales responsibilities, the role may occasionally include HR-related or administrative tasks.

Input of sales quotations, customer orders and purchase orders into the CRM system
- Follow-up quotations via phone and e-mail
- Market research and follow up on marketing campaign responses
- Communicate regularly with the UK headquarters
- Contact prospective customers via phone and e-mail to present products and explain features
- Qualify Buyers to ensure the product fits the customer's needs and budget
- Answer questions, negotiate prices, and complete sales transactions
- Track all customer interactions and sales progress in CRM software
Must-have
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Strong phone, listening, and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software
- Japanese native with fluency in English
Nice-to-have
- Basic knowledge in Japanese Labor law
- Basic knowledge in Accounting
- Basic technical understanding, ideally in the Automotive and Testing industry
